I wrote this song in response to the unspeakable events happening in our world in terms of racial injustice, human rights violations, and the discovery of indigenous children buried at a former Residential School in BC. Being human is both shameful and wonderful; this song explores the full range. While we cannot fix what has happened we can speak out and stand for justice, accountability, responsibility and integrity. This song is dedicated to our lost children and their loved ones.
